What information do we collect?
The Personal Data you may provide to Danhos may include:

Full name.
Date of birth.
Nationality.
Marital status and copy of your marriage certificate.
Sex.
Address and copy of the respective proof.
Telephone and cell phone.
E-mail address.
Copy of your official identification.
Copy of your proof of address.
Images collected through security cameras installed in the properties and surrounding areas.

Danhos does not collect sensitive Personal Data. In your case, we will obtain your express written consent for its proper treatment.

With whom do we share your Personal Data?
Danhos may transfer your Personal Data to subsidiaries and affiliates; by requirement of an authority; and for the fulfillment of obligations arising from a legal relationship between the holder of the Personal Data and any of the Danhos companies.

It is understood that you have given your consent to the transfer of your Personal Data, if you do not express your opposition to such transfer.

The Personal Data you provide to Danhos may be compiled and stored in a database owned exclusively by Danhos.

Clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which you seek to exercise your ARCO Rights and modifications to be made, if any.
Revocation of consent for the processing of your Personal Data, if applicable.
Any other element or document that may facilitate Danhos the location of your Personal Data.

Danhos will have a maximum period of 20 (twenty) days, counted from the date on which it has received the aforementioned request, to inform you, via e-mail, if your request is accepted, in which case, it will be effective within the following 15 (fifteen) days. In case it is denied, Danhos will inform you the reason for such decision.

Modifications to the Privacy Notice
Fibra Danhos reserves the right to modify or update the content of this Privacy Notice at any time, which we will inform you of through this same means.

What is the policy on the use of cookies and web beacons?

Before whom can you file your complaints and denunciations for the improper treatment of your Personal Data?
We inform you that, in terms of the Law, you may initiate the procedure for the protection of ARCO Rights before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (IFAI), within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which Danhos gives a response to your request and it is not satisfactory, or, if Danhos does not give any response to your request, once the aforementioned period has elapsed.

In any case, if you consider that your right to protection of personal data has been violated or that there is any violation of the provisions of the Law, you may file the corresponding complaint or denunciation before the IFAI.
