David Daniel Kabbaz Chiver
Chairman

He is one of the founding partners of Grupo Danhos and has over 45 years of experience in the development and management of iconic, premier-quality real estate assets, as well as in acquisitions and financing of real estate projects. He is a member of the President’s Council of the Comunidad Monte Sinaí Judía de México and has held key positions in several institutions and organizations of the national and international Jewish community, including Governor of the University of Tel Aviv in 1990. He also actively participates in philanthropic activities addressing issues of education, health, and sport; additionally, he is also one of the “300 most influential leaders of Mexico”, a recognition given by the publication Líderes Mexicanos for his real estate vision and ability to transform the environment of the communities where their developments are located. Mr. Kabbaz studied architecture at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.

Salvador Daniel Kabbaz Zaga
CEO and chairman

He has more than 33 years of experience in real estate, including the design, development, and management of premier-quality mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Grupo Danhos in 1993, Salvador Daniel carried out various architectural projects in Mexico City. His ability to conceive innovative and sustainable projects in high-density urban areas, together with his expertise in the management and execution of developments, has been key to the growth of Fibra Danhos’ asset portfolio, which is regarded as a benchmark in the Mexican real estate market. He has been recognized for his business acumen and integrity, having held various positions and participated in philanthropic activities within the Monte Sinaí Jewish Community of Mexico. He has also demonstrated leadership within the sector, having served as President of the Asociación de Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios (ADI) and President of the Asociación Mexicana de Fibras (AMEFIBRA). Additionally, he is a member of the “300 Most Influential Leaders in Mexico,” a recognition granted by the publication Líderes Mexicanos. He holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad Anáhuac del Norte and completed graduate studies in Real Estate and Construction Business Administration at the University of Madrid.

Jorge Gamboa De Buen
Business Development Director

He joined Grupo Danhos in 2000, and has more than 43 years of experience in real estate issues. Prior to joining Grupo Danhos, Mr. Jorge Gamboa de Buen was General Coordinator of Urban Reorganization of the Mexico City’s Department. He also has a Master's Degree on Urban Planning from Oxford Polytechnic, England; and he has been a Professor of Urbanism at several national universities of recognized prestige. Mr. Jorge Gamboa de Buen is a graduate in Architecture from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

José Benghira Sacal
Construction Director

He joined to Grupo Danhos in 2001, and since then he has held the position of Director of Construction of Grupo Danhos. Prior to joining Grupo Danhos, Mr. José́ Benghira worked for 7 years in the housing construction industry. Mr. José́ Benghira is a Civil Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana.

Blanca Estela Canela Talancón
Executive Director

She has collaborated with Grupo Danhos since 1988 and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Administradora Fibra Danhos since Fibra Danhos’ initial public offering in October 2013. Throughout her career, she has held executive and senior management roles in Administration, Financial Planning, Treasury, Tax Planning, Accounting, and Commercialization. Blanca joined Fibra Danhos’ Technical Committee in 2021. She actively participates in various organizations, including AMEFIBRA, where she served as Treasurer from 2014 to 2018; Mujeres Poderosas Forbes from 2019 to date; and the Metropolitan Advisory Council of CitiBanamex since 2020. Additionally, since 2023 she has served as a Board Member of HSBC Bank. She holds a degree in Public Accounting from Instituto Politécnico Nacional (ESCA), a Master’s degree in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and has completed various specialized courses in Mexico and abroad, including executive management and tax programs.

Jorge Serrano Esponda
CFO

He has developed a successful and ascending professional career. During the last years he carried out as Deputy Director of Corporate Banking in Grupo Financiero Inbursa and as responsible for the relation with investors from Grupo Carso. In his work as Deputy Director of Corporate Banking at Inbursa, he had the opportunity to structure a large amount of financial and credit operations in various economic sectors, among them, in an important way in the real estate sector. As responsible for the Relation with Investors of Grupo Carso, he accumulated experience in the work of communication with both local and international investors. Serrano is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Stern School of business at the University of New York.

Elena Orozco Orozco
Legal Director

She holds a Law degree from Universidad Panamericana, with a specialization in Administrative Law Institutions, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Grenoble École de Management in France. She has more than 18 years of experience in legal consulting, developing strategies in administrative and corporate law, particularly related to the management and operation of regulated companies in Mexico and the S-Latam region. She has advised both public and private companies, primarily supporting them in: incorporation, restructuring, and corporate operations; negotiation of bylaws and shareholders’ agreements; regulatory compliance; management of shareholders’ meetings and boards of directors; and the design of corporate governance and Family Office structures. Additionally, she has experience in legal risk prevention, contract drafting, and the creation of asset-holding vehicles (holdings, trusts). She has implemented governance models aligned with regulatory standards in Mexico and S-Latam, incorporating trends such as cybersecurity and sustainability.

Fernando De Corcuera Pérez
Operations Director

With more than 26 years of experience in the area of operations and 10 years in the field of real estate, Fernando de Corcuera has participated in the merger of telecommunications companies, as well as in the planning, development, and commissioning of real estate complexes such as shopping centers, offices and mixed-use projects. He joined Fibra Danhos to occupy the position of Director of Operations. Fernando de Corcuera has a shopping center course from the ICSC, a degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the International University of La Rioja Spain.

Rafael Villanueva Jiménez
IT Director

With more than 21 years of experience in I.T. in the telecommunications sector, information security as well as risk administration and control (PMI), was an advisor in ICA Reichman and Camoapa Telecomunicaciones, has been with Grupo Danhos for more than 18 years. Rafael Villanueva is a Computer Systems Engineer and has different certifications. He recently participated in the CISCO - IPADE Program given by the Universidad Panamerica.
