ESG Committee
To demonstrate our commitment and relevance in the company's operations, we have formalized the ESG Committee to manage the risks and opportunities related to Climate Change in an institutional and more timely manner.
The ESG Committee has the following responsibilities, in addition to those determined by the Technical Committee, if any;
Blanca Estela Canela Talancón
Executive Director
She has collaborated with Grupo Danhos since 1988 and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Administradora Fibra Danhos since Fibra Danhos’ initial public offering in October 2013. Throughout her career, she has held executive and senior management roles in Administration, Financial Planning, Treasury, Tax Planning, Accounting, and Commercialization. Blanca joined Fibra Danhos’ Technical Committee in 2021. She actively participates in various organizations, including AMEFIBRA, where she served as Treasurer from 2014 to 2018; Mujeres Poderosas Forbes from 2019 to date; and the Metropolitan Advisory Council of CitiBanamex since 2020. Additionally, since 2023 she has served as a Board Member of HSBC Bank. She holds a degree in Public Accounting from Instituto Politécnico Nacional (ESCA), a Master’s degree in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and has completed various specialized courses in Mexico and abroad, including executive management and tax programs.
Jorge Serrano Esponda
CFO
He has developed a successful and ascending professional career. During the last years he carried out as Deputy Director of Corporate Banking in Grupo Financiero Inbursa and as responsible for the relation with investors from Grupo Carso. In his work as Deputy Director of Corporate Banking at Inbursa, he had the opportunity to structure a large amount of financial and credit operations in various economic sectors, among them, in an important way in the real estate sector. As responsible for the Relation with Investors of Grupo Carso, he accumulated experience in the work of communication with both local and international investors. Serrano is an Industrial Engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Stern School of business at the University of New York.
Jonathan Cherem Daniel
Administrative Officer at Administradora Fibra Danhos
He has collaborated with Grupo Danhos since 2011, currently working as Director of Administration at Administradora Fibra Danhos. He is an Industrial Engineer from the Tecnológico de Monterrey with a Bachelor's in Finance from the Nebrija University of Madrid. He was a Real Estate Analyst at Evercore for two years where he dedicated himself to evaluating agreements between real estate companies and the Mexican Stock Exchange, gaining experience in debt and bond issuance. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in the business areas of Administration, Financial Planning, ESG, Accounting, and Marketing, thus developing a successful and upward professional career in the real estate sector.
Pilar María Aguilar Pariente
Independent Member
Pilar Aguilar Pariente is independent board member and investor in high-growth companies. She sits on the board as an independent member of other public and private firms in Mexico. In the venture capital field she has been angel investor and member of various investment committees. She began her career in consulting, working at McKinsey & Company as project partner for the Mexican and Brazilian energy and transportation industries, and for Bain and Company as Talent Development Director. Between 2011 and 2016 she directed Endeavor México, an organization focused on promoting the growth of the Mexican economy through the support of high-impact entrepreneurs. She has co-authored four books on entrepreneurs, The new face of Mexico, and worked with IPADE on a book entitled “Doing well and doing good.” She has been a speaker and panelist at the Women’s Forum Global Meeting and TEDx, among others. Since 2018 she has been a member of the jury for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Mexico. Ms. Aguilar holds an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin.
